We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with providing you request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of receipt and the item is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of the item being received.
All other accessories are only returnable with the orginal packaging.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Log into your account
- View the order using the “Complete Orders” link in My Account menu.
- Then Click the Return Item(s) button.
We will then email you to confirm that this has been received and a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued (If you have not received the email, please check it has not been filtered in to your junk or spam mail folder). Write this number in LARGE capital letters on the outside of your package along with your name and address.
Please note that you may only return the item once you have received notification back.
Upon receipt of the item in our warehouse and inspection confirms the goods are returned as sold the refund will be processed. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account.
If items are not found in the original condition that they were sent then they will be sent back to you.
For all exchanges we will try to complete your request however if this cannot be completed then we will also refund your purchase.
